33gd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33gd ("33gd", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 33gd website, mobile platform, games, services, and any related features or content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the 33gd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 33gd platform. 33gd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 33gd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 33gd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. 33gd operates a strict minimum-age policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation.
• 1.2You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming and betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful. 33gd makes no representation regarding the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction.
• 1.3You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a context where such activity is not permitted by these Terms.
• 1.4You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 33gd, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless separate written consent has been provided by 33gd management in advance.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of 33gd, you must register and maintain a valid account. The following terms apply to all accounts on the platform.

• 2.1Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 33gd platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• 2.2You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change after registration.
• 2.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. 33gd will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact 33gd support immediately.
• 2.433gd reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 2.5You may close your 33gd account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and your remaining balance (less any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33gd platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 33gd, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service, over which 33gd has no control.
• 3.2Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. 33gd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
• 3.333gd applies no processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees or charges independently. You are responsible for checking the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating any transaction.
• 3.4Before any withdrawal is processed, 33gd reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks. You must provide any requested documentation within the time frame specified by the support team. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.
• 3.5Funds deposited into a 33gd account are intended for use on the platform. 33gd may, at its discretion, decline withdrawal requests where there is evidence that deposits were made without genuine gaming intent or where account activity indicates suspicious behaviour inconsistent with normal player patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33gd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to an individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• 4.1All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• 4.233gd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. A bonus already credited to your account will not normally be withdrawn mid-wagering unless there is evidence of Terms violation.
• 4.3Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts or any other method will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• 4.4Bonuses are for entertainment and gaming use on the 33gd platform only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses have no cash value unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 4.533gd reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if, upon investigation, there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity in connection with the claiming or use of any bonus. This includes, but is not limited to, placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee a favourable outcome regardless of result.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• 5.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 33gd platform, place bets, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• 5.2Money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform to disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. 33gd cooperates fully with all lawful requests from law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• 5.3Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any deliberate manipulation of game outcomes. This includes sharing account credentials, coordinating bets across accounts, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities to influence game results.
• 5.4Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your 33gd account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access for any reason is a breach of these Terms.
• 5.5Any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or abuse 33gd staff, customer support agents, or other players. 33gd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour directed at any member of its team.

7. Responsible Gaming

33gd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following clauses set out both the tools available and the platform's obligations in this area.

• 6.1Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum amount you can deposit over a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will not take effect until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed, to protect against impulsive decisions made during a gaming session.
• 6.2Self-exclusion allows you to close your account and block access to the 33gd platform for a set period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. At the end of a time-limited self-exclusion, a further cooling-off period applies before the account can be reactivated.
• 6.3Session time reminders can be configured in your account settings. These reminders alert you to how long you have been actively playing during a single session. 33gd strongly encourages all players to set session reminders as a habit, regardless of the nature or frequency of their gaming.
• 6.4If you believe that your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, you are encouraged to contact 33gd support immediately. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 33gd will assist you in activating appropriate responsible gaming measures, and can provide referral information for independent support organisations upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33gd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, game mechanics, text, logos, images, user interface elements, and audio — is the proprietary intellectual property of 33gd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 33gd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33gd platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33gd limits its liability to players as set out in the following clauses.

• 8.133gd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 33gd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8.233gd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. 33gd will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavailability periods.
• 8.3In all cases, 33gd's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 33gd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

33gd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time. The following clauses set out the circumstances and procedures that apply.

• 9.133gd may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, money laundering, underage gaming, or any other conduct that 33gd reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. During a suspension, access to account funds will be restricted pending investigation.
• 9.2Upon termination of an account for cause, 33gd may forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real-money funds and bonus funds, where such termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• 9.3Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may appeal the decision by contacting 33gd support and providing relevant documentation. 33gd will review all appeals within a reasonable time frame and communicate the outcome of the review to the player.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

33gd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 33gd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

33gd applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

33gd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 33gd will use reasonable efforts to notify active players, which may include a notice displayed upon next login, an SMS to your registered mobile number, or an update to the Terms page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the 33gd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 33gd platform. In the event of any dispute between a player and 33gd, the player must first contact 33gd support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 33gd will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve all player complaints within a reasonable time frame. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 33gd and the player agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an independent arbitration body, the selection of which shall be determined by 33gd acting reasonably. Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
